We've been brewing flavour packed beers here at Tenby Brewing Co since back in 2015, and it's been nearly 6 years of brewing, learning, growing, experimenting and brewing some more.

Over the years we've brewed around 1 million pints of beer across a huge variety of styles from our authentic Pilsner to Juicy Tropical pales, Big dark Stouts and everything in between. Our beers have been served all over the UK, in awesome independent Bars, bottle shops and restaurants both on draught in cask/keg and in cans/mini-kegs to enjoy at home.

We opened our first venue 'Sandbar' in Tenby town specialising in independent craft beer and amazing Street food, brewed a beer with American music legends 'Panic! at the disco' and collaborated with some of our favourite brewers including Beer Riff, Chapter brewing, Elusive brewing, Tiny Rebel, Wild Weather, Crafty Devil and many more.

We went on to expand our brewing capacity by moving to a new site in 2018, upgrading our brewing kit and installing a canning line which has given us more control of our processes and given us the freedom to increase our range of beers while keeping the beer you drink fresher than ever.

We've hosted  our annual Live Music/Street Food/Craft Beer festival 'Brewstock' in both 2018 + 2019 with hundreds of you joining us here at the brewery and opened an on-site shop where you can grab fresh beer and Merch to take home.

We cant wait until the next 'Brewstock', hopefully this summer.. and we've got plans in the pipeline to allow you to enjoy brewery fresh beer at our indoor/outdoor space on a more regular basis!

Well it goes without saying that 2020 was a tough year for pretty much everyone, With pubs and restaurants closed for months on end the brewing industry has been hit hard and we've seen a few much loved breweries have to cease trading and even shut up shop entirely.

This saw our trade sales drop by around 85% in 2020, and back in March/April we weren't sure whether we would survive. Since there were almost zero trade sales, we got to work improving our direct retail sales, upgraded our website and moved the majority of our beer production over to cans and minikegs. With your support we managed to keep our heads above water and build our retail sales to the point where we could start looking forward at plans for the return to more normal trading conditions.

Fast forward to today, and we're really excited about what we have planned at the brewery site.. but we need your help to make it a reality!

We have plans to open an awesome new venue right here at the brewery, utilising the outside space we have right next to where we brew our beer. You'll be able to drink super fresh beer just metres from the brewing vessels and soak up the atmosphere of our new inside/outside space.

The Yard will be a 150 capacity inside/outside venue, with a 15 tap bar showcasing our full range of beers and some of our favourite brews from independent breweries across Wales and the UK. We'll have a constantly changing food offering from Street food pop up kitchens and food trucks every weekend.

We'll commission our friends at 'Threadform' to make a bespoke stretch canopy to cover two thirds of the Yard,  Threadform area small local company based in Pembrokeshire who create beautiful canopies by hand.

The canopy will allow for seating for up to 150 people protected from the elements, while allowing sun in during the summer months. Along with acting as a practical cover and wind break, the canopy will add to the aesthetic and make for a really interesting space.

For the bar, we will convert a shipping container we already have on-site. We'll have 15 keg taps and a dedicated cellar area to keep the beer lovely and cold.

We'll have a dedicated space for a food truck or two, who'll be serving up an ever changing range of street food delights!

We will convert a second shipping container into the toilet block, so the Yard will have all it's own facilities independent of the brewery.

We'll furnish the space with a range of different seating, including long bench tables, beer barrel tables/bar stools and more traditional tables/chairs. We'll be able to up-cycle some cable drums and beer kegs aswell as building some interesting bespoke seating.

We'll create a relaxed and informal atmosphere, with festival inspired lighting inside the canopy and seating areas outside. Ideal for a few beers and some great street food with your pals.

We envisage having the Yard open from March/April through to October, Fri-Sun through until 10-10:30pm
